FAQ's
Q: Do you make your own beads?

A: Yes

------------------------------------------------------------

Q: Are you the same Rabbit Hutch I see at the intergalactic show?

A: Yes

------------------------------------------------------------

Q: Will my bead look "exactly" like the pictures?

A: No, due to process used to make the bead the bead will not look exactly like the pictures. All glasses react differently and every one of our beads are hand made making every piece truly unique.

------------------------------------------------------------

Q: How fragile are your beads?

A: All of our beads are cooled slowly in a kiln (known as kiln annealing) to assure the stability of the bead. They should not break from normal wear and tear. If you drop them on a cement floor, ceramic tile floor, or any other hard surface, they make break.

------------------------------------------------------------

Q: Who designs the beads?

A: The beads online are all designed by Terri McGill unless they are listed on a Guest Artist Page. Some of the beads are actually made by Becky McGill (Terri's daughter-in-law), Bear McGill (Terri's youngest son), and Lori DeLong ( a close friend of Terri's). All three artists were trained by Terri in her studio to ensure consistency as much as possible.
